It’s high time a phone is launched keeping in minds the requirements of the senior category of the society. Seniorworld.com has come up with a solution for the seniors focusing on their basic needs. Seniorworld easyphone has been launched at an introductory price of Rs. 3,375. The phone will be available on the company website along with the affiliate sites Flipkart, Amazon and eBay.
The Seniorworld easyphone will have a larger display screen and bigger Keypad too. The phone also supports photodialing for favorite contacts wherein you can dial a number with a single key press. One of the main features of this phone is the SOS button that will initiate calls, messages and siren for immediate help at the call of a button. This move was also backed by the Telecom Ministry in a mandate that made panic button a necessity for all phones. The SOS button sets up a chain of four automated reactions that include calls and messages to five emergency contacts.
Being a basic feature phone, Seniorworld easyphone has a few advanced features under its sleeve too. It supports blacklist and whitelist features in order to better manage the calls and restrict the unwanted ones. Customizable menu will also be an option. All in all, an initiative has been taken to look after the mobile phone needs of the senior citizens and easyphone is a commendable move.
